We want you to feel great about your order, and I truly care about the quality of everything in the shop.

If your item arrives with a print issue, damage, or another visible quality problem, I’m happy to help make it right with a replacement or refund.

To speed things up, please send a message through the contact form and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface

That helps us review the issue quickly and get you the fastest resolution possible.

Because everything is made to order, I’m not able to accept general returns, exchanges, or size-related returns.

Cancellations

Product Orders

All products are made to order just for you.

If you need to cancel or change your order, use the link in your order confirmation email. You can update your order any time before it goes into production.

Once an order goes into production, it can’t be changed or cancelled. But if something is wrong when it arrives, I’ll absolutely help review it and find the best resolution.

You have 30 days after delivery to report any quality issues.

Donations & Tips

Donations and tips are final and non-refundable.

Once checkout is complete, they can’t be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged Items / Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please reach out through the contact form as soon as you can.

For the fastest help, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface

Once I receive your message, I’ll review everything and help find the best solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds & Returns

Product Orders

Since all products are made to order, I can’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • General return requests

However, if your order arrives with a verified issue such as:

  • A print defect
  • A manufacturing problem
  • Damage during shipping
  • Another visible quality issue

…then you may qualify for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved:

  • PayPal: Usually returns to your PayPal balance within 24 business hours
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Usually returns to your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank

Donations & Tips

Donations and tips are non-refundable.

Once payment is completed, they can’t be cancelled or refunded.

Locked Messages

Locked messages are non-refundable.

If you have trouble accessing a locked message after purchase, please contact us through the contact form and we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot it.

Available payment options may vary depending on your location and device.

International Orders

If you’re ordering internationally, your package may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • VAT
  • Other local fees

These charges vary by country and usually aren’t included in your order total unless stated otherwise.

Unfortunately, we can’t estimate these fees ahead of time, so for the most accurate info, it’s best to check with your local customs office.

If your package is charged customs fees, you’ll be responsible for paying them.
